I originally got this same necklace (different listing) about 6 or 7 years ago. Even though it comes with a card with a list of things of not to do I’ve worn this piece to the pool, gym, beach, with perfume; I mean you name it. It never tarnished one bit. The quality is so great and I get so many compliments on it! I had to order a new one because the clasp broke and I figured it would be the same price to have it fixed, but you wouldn’t know the difference between the new and old necklace, that’s how good it still looks. I was happy to know it was still available even so many years later!
No customer service. I did have to cut my thumb nail down to the quick to fasten the chain as it is so tiny.
